Welcome to the Quest Fitness Club – Caerphilly's premier Health & Fitness club. We have a large selection of fitness equipment, including a large free weights area, a cardio area complete with cardio theatre and a huge resistance area.  The club also boasts a dance / exercise studio with a selection of fitness classes.

For relaxation the club has a steam room and sauna all enclosed in a relaxation area.  If you want a pampering then, the club also offers Thai massage and treatments - all set in a fabulous treatment area.
