Quest
Fitness Club was built in 1998 following on from the
former Fitness Connection in Llanbradach. The
club has always enjoyed an excellent reputation for
great facilities and a large selection of equipment.
The club has received many awards including an Investors
in People award; a Bupa Approved Club and a British
Heart Foundation approved club for cardiac classes.
As Caerphilly's premier fitness club, the staff have
developed unique fitness programming which assists clients
in reaching their fitness goals. In 2008 new owners
and management took over control of the club and have
begun a series of renovations and improvements to the
club. The club underwent a massive period of refurbishment
in late 2008. This included a new colour scheme
and a new cardiovascular equipment area. This
included a brand new state of the art cardio equipment
area from Technogym. Also introduced was a whole
new audio visual exercising experience with large flat
screen TVs and intergrated TVs in the equipment.
A brand new class timetable was launched with a fantastic
NEW Express Circuit, again supplied by Technogym.
